I walked in, and the first person I met was actually a Restaurateur who was coming through the store location. I ended up interviewing with the general manager, the area manager, and a crew member/cashier, all of whom seemed to latch onto my personality quickly. Everybody was warm and friendly, and I was hired on the spot after maybe 25 minutes. I got to meet the whole crew in the back once I was hired. Do your homework before your interview, they were all very impressed when I knew what year Chipotle was founded, as well as additional information about their history.
