Recruiter located me on Indeed and performed a screening call. I believe there was an interview day scheduled with leadership traveling into site, so they wanted to add candidates quickly. I met with the market GM and a VP of HR to perform 45 minutes of behavioral based interview questions. After the interview they met briefly, thanked me and sent me on. My way. I believe I didn’t make the cut to the next round with other executives on site, but friendly people and a good rehearsal to improve some of my behavioral / scenario based canned interview questions.
