1-1/2 hour 1:1 meeting with administrator. He was quite pleasant and easy to talk to. I asked him what he found most gratifying about working there, and he answered at length, which was helpful. I was impressed that he said management listened to staff in the past regarding recommendations staff members had made about work flow.
