Lack of consistency and processes to control the quality: I had several interviews across Checkout.com over time. I would say that the experience range is quite drastic. From one of the best and the most supportive interviewing process with a lot of feedback to the one who just forgets about the candidate after reaching out on their own as with this particular job back in 2021.

This was by far the worst interview experience I’ve had. The recruiter asked me to complete a pre-screening behavioral assessment, which took 40 minutes. I later received very positive feedback on the results. On the day of the interview, I received a reminder one hour before the scheduled time. However, the interview was canceled just one minute before it was due to start. I was already logged in and waiting. After ten minutes, I checked my email and saw the cancellation notice, which came without any explanation. I followed up to confirm whether the interview was indeed canceled, but I never received a response.
