Very professional recruiter and updated each and every step. But somehow I didn't like the way interviewers acted ,do you know hiring manager never spoke and appeared .In fact usually hiring manager need to spend sometime initially for 1 hr ,call scheduled but some other joined and informed he is busy with other call .I would have assumed by that time this will be time waster. Few people are very respectful and few are asking question to show their knowledge :-) . .Only suggestion ,if you do not like resume and not interested in hiring the that candidate ,please do not waste time of others especially it should be communicated to hiring managers .Over all good experience But I also learnt ,while interviewing someone I should be careful since they really attend seriously ,so we should find fit criteria as early as possible .Since I'm also in both side of the table multiple times.
