Started with a Schwab recruiter. Had a phone interview, then a Teams interview. It all went fine; that was February 20th, heard nothing since then - they essentially ghosted me following the interview and reposted the position as well. I'm very thankful for the interview and not upset I didn't get it but wish the communication was better post-interview. It still doesn't appear they have hired anyone for the position (the status on the Schwab site simply says "interview"); one recommendation is that it's OK to let the candidate know they're not being considered if you're still interviewing or if you're going in a different direction, it's better than being held in limbo until someone is hired.
