Preliminary interview was very easy. She described the position, the company she was recruiting for, benefits, and compensation in detail and answered any questions I had. Incredibly upbeat, friendly, and easy to talk to. She assured me that while the pay rate is relatively low, she has seen people succeed living in Chicago on that salary. She was more than willing to let me have the weekend to research options for housing to see if I feel it would be affordable before moving forward with a formal phone interview, since I would be relocating from the Northeast.

Very easy and intuitive - common interview questions about work history and ability to deal with workplace difficulty, as well as strong questioning about ability to work properly with animals.

Just a phone call curious about roll. Was informed of some possible issues for employees. Hoped to see if it’s as bad as it sounds or if it’s worth it.

Very friendly. Generic questions. Spent most of the interview talking about the company. Admittedly said there is no room for growth unless you commute to another city 40 miles away.
