The interview process was not done. The company came in an offered letters for employment for each employee that they chose to hire. It was a sad process because many coworkers that I had worked with for a year were being fired .

Just a phone call curious about roll. Was informed of some possible issues for employees. Hoped to see if it’s as bad as it sounds or if it’s worth it.

Very friendly. Generic questions. Spent most of the interview talking about the company. Admittedly said there is no room for growth unless you commute to another city 40 miles away.
