Applied for the position - recruiter contacted me first then scheduled the in person interview. 2 people were present for the in person interview and did not make eye contact after asking questions as they were too busy writing
Easy and straight forward, everyone was very nice. HR does an interview separately and then a manger interview. No peer interview is done. Shadowing is an opinion and a good idea.
