      No Interview, they just give you a test to waste your time. No interview, no call nothing. Unprofessional. Seems like a fake company , all employee reviews also seem to be fake.

      Entretien

      I had a great experience interviewing with them. There was 1 OA round (coderpad), 2 tech rounds and 1 HR round. They were thorough and had asked relevant questions to the role. They also asked behavioral questions and asked about my style of working. They were very professional and were prompt in responding to me.

      Entretien

      1) You get a dedicated POC, so the process is quick—a maximum of 2 weeks. 2) The people interviewing you are mostly youngsters and will be easygoing and helpful. 3) The issue is that since the people are young, they have sparkling eyes to shift whatever is new. I asked some of their tech decisions, and the answer was because it was better and new. More or less, it's a company run by a bunch of kids. 4) Questions are super easy; you can surely answer all of them. Zero DSA, which was a throw-off but mostly around JS, React, Node, Canvas, etc. 5) Advice: Just make sure that you discuss budgets and everything before hand; negotiating at the end is going to end up in disappointment. Also, they have budget constraints and will try to get a different candidate if they can be brought in for smaller price 6) The company has a good product, but the people running the company, the tech guys, are not very competitive.
