The interview was virtual held by 2 people. It was hands down the worst interview I have ever been apart of. The lady was very unprofessional, making comments such as she doesn’t like to wait since I had joined the interview right on time and said it again when the call disconnected for going over the time set by them and me having to rejoin the call. The gentleman said how I’m not going to be selling products & how business owners are coming to me for benefits for their employees. I explained how that still involves building rapport with the business owner so they trust you with their most valuable asset, their employees, to make the best recommendation. They sent me paperwork right away to fill out to start a background check but I declined. That is not the type of culture I would want to work in.
