HR screening and two interviews with the team. Pretty standard questions about past experience and skills with time for you to ask questions. Mostly behavioral, but you should be able to explain what process mining is on a high-level. HR screening was a bit more detailed than I've had in the past, asking about experience and why you want to work here, how you would tackle certain problems, working style, etc.

Typical interview i.e., name a time when you demonstrated leadership etc, and more information about previous projects or difficult situations. It was online and the interviewer had their camera off, and it wasn't that long, and also they mentioned they will definitely get back to me that week and were very happy. However, I never received a response even after messaging them to check in. They mentioned in the interview that they really valued giving candidates feedback and that's what also made them different, but I never received any communication or feedback after the call. Although I understand they must be quite busy and overwhelmed, so it can be understandable.
