I believe the interview went well because I was able to answer all of their technical and situational questions. However, they ended up ghosting me. I never received a 'thank you' note or any information regarding next steps—which I understood would have been a technical challenge round using their product."

Grauenhafte HR. Nach erfolgreichen und positiven ersten Gesprächen wird man geghostet. Und das war jetzt bei mehreren Bewerbungen schon der Fall gewesen. Auf mehrere Mails wird nicht reagiert. Sind mehr fokussiert auf LinkedIn zu connecten als auf den Bewerbungsprozess selbst. Sehr unprofessionell.
