Thorough, creative and different. My first round interview included a role play on the phone, my second round included a scavenger hunt through Central Park and my last round was another in person role play with the CEO and the head of Partnerships and a short interview with another member of the team.

Rigorous process. Highly competitive and they are very selective. First you are vetted by someone, and then you do a phone interview. Then you do a in-person with multiple people and also an assessment.
