I was referred by an employee and called by HR. Had one technical interview which I did well on and was invited to do 3 technical and behavioral interviews. The interviews were good and the interviewers were nice people. I answered the questions correctly. After these interviews, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter. After following up, there was no response. It was annoying because I would have liked some feedback. Clearly, they have no respect for candidates.
