Since it was done thru a professional HR contractor, it was fine. After having had the interviews in its headquarters, they presented an offer in a very unprofessional way. I should've noted that as a true reflection on the company.

Our new management staff is committed to providing a professional, open, and honest interview process. As of 2015 we have a new Senior Management team and moving forward continue to welcome any feedback.
