I really enjoyed the interview process at Carto. Everyone I met was a joy to talk with and it was an overall great experience. HR was very responsive throughout and made everything very easy. Even if I hadn't received an offer I would have been happy I went through the process. Consisted of 4 steps: 1. Quick screening call. 2. Take home test. (somewhat difficult but fun if you enjoy GIS work and helped gain a better understanding of their software and requirements for the role) 3. Interview with hiring manager. 4. Panel interview.

Straight forward, clear on what you will need, and positive experience. Help understand the position, and what is expected. Was able to ask questions to find out more and good vibes.
