I applied online, had a quick phone interview and was invited to come in. In my first interview, I met with the HR Manager, the Case Manager Supervisor, and someone I was told was an attorney but was the CEO. I went home and took an online test. A few days later I was asked to return, where I again met with HR and was given an offer. I had to sign an agreement and submit the background test. I had to fax in my agreement, which was annoying because I don't have immediate access to a fax.
