Two step interview in one shot. Easy and sweet. They were very welcoming if and made it feel like a conversation. The first part of interview was easier than the second part.
Great interview. Managers were nice and seemed very genuine. They asked questions about tip share, steps of service and volume of restaurant. In the interview they were very transparent about what to expect, what its like to work in Carmine's and what they would expect from me as an employee.
