Via recruitment agency - Two interviews, meeting the hiring manager and some of her team in Ghent. The second interview due to personal reasons over the phone where I spoke with the HR manager of the Cargill location and a senior manager.

The interview was very friendly. It was conducted via Microsoft teams. The first one was gauged on personality, skills as well as abilities check. Final one was majorly on job specific strategic fit.
