Following on from a phone call inviting me to interview, I had a one to one interview with the recruitment manager in a little office. No test / written assessment was involved in this and the whole process was pretty straight forward.

I applied online and was invited to interview within days. I was asked about my work experience and why I wanted to be a carer. I was asked why I thought I would be a good carer. I was asked to provided a DBS check. I was not asked for my academic qualifications.
