Very straightforward. First did a 15 min phone screening then they scheduled me for a virtual panel interview. It was smooth but they ghosted me for a month before they decided to discuss an offer. It is a little inconsiderate for the applicant's time

First is with HR/recruiter then after it will be with 3 other higher ups back to back for 90 minutes over Teams. It was a standard interview just a bit long
