This is by no means a reflection on the company which seems great to work for. My phone interview never happened. I received an email to set it up at an agreed upon time but no one called. I didn't get an explanation after contacting twice. Perhaps there was a communication problem or the position was filled. Either way a quick note would have been appreciated.
