5 round interview with multiple people on the team and one person outside the team for leadership/behavioral style questions. Pace of the interviews was very conversational and everyone was exceptionally friendly. The recruiters I worked with were communicative and made the whole process a breeze. The offer was very good and Capital Group seems like a great place to work. The only reason I didn't go with Capital Group was because I had another opportunity I couldn't pass up.
