Resume submission, followed by a phone call interview, and then one more in person. The process included a phone interview in which we reviewed my construction background, past projects. We also discussed my want to join a small company and what my experiences were working for / as a government contractor as they are focused in on Government work. We also had a good discussion about culture, work environment, and how the company wants to support it workers and help them succeed along with the companies successes... The owner was directly involved in the hiring process which was good to hear the culture from the top.
