was supposed to be a competency based interview but it was more scenario based "what if" etc
Asked me a lot of questions regarding the programme but I had no information on the programme prior to this... so found researching difficult
Capita appeared disorganised, the office was messy and didnt make a good impression

Long recruitment process but an enjoyable and thorough interview. Interviewer was engaging and accomodating and provided a clear description of what to expect in the role. All my questions were answered fairly

online application using CV and cover letter to a position posted on Capita's site. the internal recruiter was very helpful with details about the position and the department applied for. very specific instructions throughout.
