I initially sent through an application form for the vacancy and then I got a call from Capita's internal recruitment team. They discussed my suitably for the role and then said they would put me forward for a telephone interview. I was then invited for a face to face interview where I had to give a presentation on a particular subject. After my interview I was then informed on the Monday that I was successful. Great interview and my interviewees were really encouraging and positive which made me more relaxed throughout the interview.
