Rude and uninterested interviewers, I suppose that's just the consulting world. Started with motivation questions before moving on to a market sizing question. Then moved to another interviewer for a profitability case study.

Very straightforward interview process although it took 2 months. The interviewers were friendly and clearly knowledgeable. There were 3 stages after the initial application: online aptitude test/assessment, 2 first round case interviews with recent joiners and 2 final round case interviews with more senior consultants. The format was the same for both rounds (and this was clearly communicated beforehand too) so motivation questions followed by 2 back-to-back but quick case studies. The cases were mostly market sizing or M&A within the education sector. I ended going with another firm more aligned with my interests but Cairneagle would’ve been a great choice too.
