Applied with CV and Cover Letter, sent online numerical and verbal reasoning tests; rejected after failing them but given feedback. Was given a week to complete the online tests. There were no practise questions specific to the test.

2 initial rounds of 45 mins each with a mixture of case and fit questions respectively. Medium difficulty cases concentrating on Education space and regular fit questions like why education, why cairneagle, what is CDD, what does cairneagle do as per your understanding etc.
