I participated in a comprehensive three-stage online interview process that included a first-round interview with the hiring manager, a second-round interview with both the hiring manager and another IT manager, and a final-round interview with two Vice Presidents and the hiring manager. Despite demonstrating ample technical and leadership qualifications, I was unfortunately informed that I did not meet the required technical qualifications for the position. It is noteworthy that throughout all three interviews, I was not directly queried on any technical aspects. Nonetheless, I made sure to proactively provide all relevant technical information and also sought feedback on how I could better elaborate on my leadership, technical experience, and past achievements. Despite my efforts, I received disappointing feedback for the rejection. Furthermore, it is pertinent to mention that the hiring manager was the only person to activate their webcam during all the interviews.
