Competency based - given a number of topics before hand which allows some preparation. Need to demonstrate you know the purpose of the role, not just the importance of completing the day to day tasks but how your decisions impact the wider business and it's commitments.

45 minutes of conversation. 5 questions. 3 questions regarding competence. These questions can be open ended and the interviewers are looking for key words and evidence of lateral thinking. 2 questions in regards to the specific job role and one ethics based question.
