Entretien
Classic process: initial call with HR to discuss background and expectations, followed by a technical interview focused entirely on coding. Main assignment was to implement an elevator system, no behavioral questions.

Entretien
The interview process began with a brief phone call with HR, followed by two online technical interviews. The final stages included an in-person HR interview, an online integrity test, and discussions involving recommendations.
In the first technical interview, I spoke with a team leader, where I described a project I had worked on and answered a coding question (more theoretical, as I didn’t have enough time to write the full code). The second technical interview involved solving a coding algorithm problem similar to LeetCode with another team leader.
I was impressed by the company's profitable product and the pleasant people who worked there, which strengthened my confidence in their long-term vision. The compensation offer was both competitive and fair.
