Applied on company website. Received an email exactly a month later requesting a phone interview from a recruiter (applied on 8/23/offer on 9/23). The recruiter did not show up to the virtual interview, so I emailed her after almost an hour waiting in the Teams Meeting, asking if the interview was still scheduled for that day, and she replied that she had gotten caught on on another interview. However, she did reschedule later that day. There were about 5-10 behavioral type questions, but most were rephrased questions that had already been asked. I received an offer during that call and offered the max amount of the pay window she stated. I did accept the offer and scheduled to start training next week on 9/23rd.

It was Very smooth. I was kept informed all the time. I had to take several tests. One about the job. In addition, a written Language Test and then a Verbal test with a phone interview by a Professor since I applied for a bilingual position.
