I applied online and a few weeks later was called in for an interview. I met with the then store manager and a manager in training. I was interviewed by the manager in training so maybe this had an effect on the level of difficulty. Overall it was a nice easy interview.

They asked to describe how you would handle difficult customers.
Not really too difficult. Management seemed nice. They’re more overall interested in your availability above all else. Super nice staff all things considered and not too difficult of an interview
Fairly easy done with the store manager who wants to know how you would react or what you would do in certain situations. How you would interact with the rest of the team etc

the interview process was very easy and simple didn’t take much time, i completed a screening, and we talked about my availability and experiences, communication was clear and straightforward. They made it easy and simple
