I applied online. The long survey in your application is your ticket to whether your application will be looked at further. I got a call the next day, which was a Thursday, and scheduled an interview for the coming Monday. The interview was formal yet informal; it depends on the pharmacy manager of the store you are applying/interviewing for. I got a call a week later that I got the position. However, it depends on the application and the applicant.
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.

Entretien
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
