They have a great interview process. The first interview involved meeting with a member of HR on my college campus who asked typical interview questions. I later got invited to a second interview which was a half day in one of their offices. This included a brief introduction from the CEO, interviewing with a manager and a senior technical person, and having lunch with recent college hires. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming which made the whole interview process feel more natural.
