Behavioral interviews, exploring your experience, leadership, and teamwork. Often, there will be interviews with senior members of the engineering teams, to assess your ability to interact with and lead other engineers. The process is focused on showing past experience, and the ability to work in a team environment, as well as showing deep technical knowledge.
