No real interview process to be described. I applied on wellfound because startups and small companies post their. I am a fresh grad looking for a job. They didn't interview me just sent me a automated test. The test is ridiculously stupid because they give you a PSD to convert to an html. But in a real world scenario none would ever design like that. People use WordPress now-a-days and HTML sites have nothing to do with a photoshop file. The instructions are very vague, and it assumes you have photoshop already installed etc. I declined to do it and after looking at glassdoor it seems like they have been doing this for awhile now. Seems like its a complete waste of time to do this because they won't hire and just keep the job listing up.

Convert PSD file to HTML + various vague mandatory requirements for the HTML.
It's a 4 hour assessment before you even talk to a single person. Also, the amount of fake reviews here are crazy. At least do some research on what a normal human sounds like.

The next step in the application process is to complete a skills test.
I completed a Skills Test where I was given a real-time task and had a couple of basic questions like "Why I'm a best candidate for this position" etc..In the end, I was asked to record a 3-5 Self Introduction Video

Company is a complete scam! Do not engage with the interview process. Part of the interview is to create a website based on a photoshop image. This isn't a generic website building test, this is you doing the work for their agency and building websites for clients. At the very least, they are using this code to implement into the websites for their clients. There is no job, you are free labor under the guise of a job offer.
At no point in the interview process will you speak to a human face to face at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
