Applied online. Heard back within a day but it was an automated response with details about a skills test. They recommended I spend at least two hours on it (I think, I can't remember it was a while ago). I ended up taking a little longer because I wanted to make it really good. There were also a ton of questions before the actual test. And I had to do a video intro. So I probably spent closer to 4 hours on it total.

Horrible. They wasted my time and energy. This is the second time that I was asked to do a skills test with them and they lost the assessment. The first time was a couple of years back when I was finishing up cancer treatment. I spent a few hours on the design skills test and making a mockup. Also submitting a video. You submit it through this portal/online form along with some other questions they ask. The same exact thing happened last month when I applied to a similar role again. Someone eventually got back to me to say that their system had "crashed" shortly after I applied. I feel super disrespected by the process. I also found out on reddit they've got some pretty egregious surveillance and monitoring software and techniques they do on their remote employees. Think I may have dodged a bullet. Don't waste your time applying to them, they seem deeply unserious and honestly cruel.
