Put me through multiple rounds of skills "tests" (really just online forms where you give examples of how you'd handle a situation). I told them TWICE what my expected salary was - once when it was asked in an online form, and once in the video interview. They said my salary expectation was in line with their range for this position. Then I received the offer and it was LESS THAN HALF of what I indicated as my minimum. A waste of my time! Not cool.

Easy, they said I would hear back in the upcoming weeks. Around 10 written questions. 3 minute videos. I wish the wait time was shorter, but I am hopeful to hear back.
