Process was good, happened 4.5 years ago; concerned recruiter was in constant touch sharing updates and facilitating the interview process. Onboarding is thoroughly streamlined where candidate will be able to share through portal all the necessary documents (education, experience and others) prior joining the company. CSC has mandatory back ground check, and they have zero tolerance on anything fake/suspicious.
Entretien
Got referred to the position by a friend who worked for CSC. Was scheduled for a phone interview with the Prime Contractor within two weeks of submitting the application. Prime Contractor did a technical interview, they seemed like they wanted a programmer not a analyst. Was told that I was the prime candidate until the position was re-evaluated and eliminated.

Entretien
A little strange. I was prepared to be grilled and answer a lot of detailed and curve-ball questions about my background and experience. Instead the three people I interviewed with all seemed to be more concerned about getting to know me. Once I joined I discovered that team fit was a bigger concern than discussing the minutae of my resume. Made sense when a poor fit for th team I worked on was hired - it was very disruptive of a team that otherwise hummed like a precision tool.
