After an online inductive reasoning test, I was asked for a phone interview. The interviewer called me a few days before to be sure I was ready and to answer my questions.
During the 45 minutes interview, he asked me what I knew about the company. I gave the information I had gathered online (Revenue, location, workforce, share price etc.).
Then he asked me competency questions :
- Give an example of a time when you had to deal with a conflict in your team.
- Give an example of a time when you achieve something better than the others.
The answers must be given with the STAR structure.

Interview was by phone and interviewer(s) as past experiences. Also the interview questions were very technical, brush of on your skills. Overall experience for the interview process was fair by phone.

Entretien
The interview last about 1 hour, it took around 30 mins+ from the manager to introduce the company and its structure. Not too many discussion with technical perspective. Travel cost within Germany were fully covered, also the accommodation cost which is very helpful.

A phone interview and then in person. I made it past both rounds but never heard back from them. I had to email and ask and they told me they already filled the position. They basically led me on.
