The interview process was great, the team at COPE Health Solutions really took the time to thoroughly prepare and introduce me to the role. Their support made me feel confident and well-equipped for this position.

Question 1
Tasked to complete a case study and talk about my plan of action in certain situations along with my previous experience.
I had a total of 3 interviews. I had 2 interviews to discuss my work experience and situational questions. I also had 1 interview with a case study presentation and follow-up questions. The interviews and presentation were approximately 30 minutes long, but the case study preparation was up to 4 hours long.

Entretien
The hiring team and HR were super helpful and were in touch with me frequently throughout the interviewing process. I had three separate interviews. One was with the supervisor for this position, one was with the principal of this company, and the third was a panel of people from the COPE Health Solutions team. In the first two interviews, I discussed my background and experience. In the third, I had to present on two scenarios and one project. The overall interviewing process took 1.5-2 months.
