I've interviewed with CNN about 6 times and it's pretty much the same interview process. A recruiter will contact you and if they like you you'll interview with a hiring manager. After that there will be a writing test of some sort

Entretien
Whole process lasted about 2 months. HR phone screening and hiring manager interview. Hiring manager was nice and easy to talk to but I didn't hear anything afterwards. They eventually told me they cut this role.

Describe a scenario where you had conflict with a coworker and how you solved it
The team I interviewed with asked a lot of editorial and exepriential questions. they are very nice and pleasent to talk to. they were easy to talk to as well.
The entire process was very conversational and low-key. I wasn't asked any hardball questions and the hiring manager was very friendly and nice. I did have to wait a really long time before getting a final offer
