I turned in my resume at a career fair and was contacted for a phone interview. After this interview I was offered a final round interview. I met with 4 different people for 45 minutes each. All questions were behavioral, not technical questions. I was asked about my experience with my internships. From my initial interview to my offer it was about 4 weeks.

The entire hiring process is daunting. Everything takes forever, HR is a joke and there’s an obvious reason for such Hugh turnover. Drug test and background check got lost in Cyberspace twice.

The interview process started with a screening interview at the university career fair. It was followed by a second round interview with two underwriters on campus. The final round interview was with 3 branch managers and the regional SVP at CNA's office.
