J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CNA Corporation (Arlington, VA)
Entretien
The interview process started with a couple of initial phone calls, then the online application with CV, cover letter, rec letters, and writing samples. The in-person interview happened within ~3 weeks and was a day long, starting with a short intro meeting with HR, an hour long seminar where I presented on my PhD research. This was followed by lunch, and then multiple 45-min interviews with current team leads and project directors.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CNA Corporation (Arlington, VA) en mars 2025
Entretien
The first interview was a 30-minute phone call with the recruiter. The second round included a one-day onsite visit to Arlington, VA. It was a busy day, including seven interviews with division and program leaders and a 40-minute presentation, followed by a social with more of the team members at a restaurant/bar down the street. I expected the day to be very draining, but the team members were all super welcoming and encouraging. It felt like a very supportive environment and though I didn't know much about the company before the visit, I fell in love with the culture and people during the day-long visit.
