The interviewer was very friendly and down to earth. Asked some basic behaviorally questions. You will go on a computer and pretend you are taking a call from a client while you have CIBC's web page open. Based on the banking services CIBC is currently offering. You will try to find a banking service that will help the client.

Question 1
A made up client's spending description will given and you have to determine which type of CIBC banking services would be good for that client. Usually there is a list of clients and a list of banking services. You would have to match each client with the right banking service.
Also, the interviewer will be play the role of a client calling you and you will tested on how you communicate with the client.

Entretien
Applied online, got phone interview, and then personal interview. The personal interview was easy. Make sure you ask a lot of questions about the role, because from what I heard, it was totally different role compare to the job postings.
