Entretien
Fresh out of University, I was very smug about myself and thought that "I know it all, I deserve a high-middle level salary at least, maybe even senior level." I applied for a middle level position and thought that I'm about to nail the interview. The interviewer, however, started asking in-depth questions on the basics of language and framework that I'm expected to use. At first I was furious, but later I realized just how much I actually don't know, and how much there is still to learn, so in the end this interview alone helped me becoming a better developer.
Otherwise interviewing process is pretty much standard and what you'd expect in any other Riga company - meeting with HR, technical interview with potential team representative.

Entretien
Call with hr, telling about yourself and experience, second round technical interview call with hr and team lead, asking basically about your experience and trying to fail you at some points to check if your grade is valid, third round passing test with theoretical and practical questions in one hour.

Entretien
Interviews on skype. First with HR, regular questions, very friendly. The second interview performed in the second week. Just talk about my experience in web development.
