I was notified by email and from there Caitlin set up my interview. I filled out a written application prior to the initial interview, then from there I met with her, she then explained what the job entailed gave me senario's of what a typical day would possibly be like and that no day is exactly like the day before. I would be responsible for routing calls to at least 300 different extensions. C-Harper in that area is on both sides of route 51. She said don't worry you will learn most people when calling in know where and who they need to speak with. Caitlin also indicated I would be responsible for setting up appointments for individuals needing auto repair and/or maintenance computer experience would come into play to see what was available and the hours available. Just indicated be cordial and listen to their concerns and set them up with a service they need and a convenient time according to their needs.
