Basic questions such as why do you want to work here and what does C.H. Robinson do? Not a difficult interview, know the star method and the company. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

They were very kind and helpful in this process of finding a job post grad and went above and beyond in giving me information about the company and advice for my future career.
The first round is a phone screen. This is followed by an interview with another recruiter and hiring manager. If you are pursuing a sales role, you may need to complete a role play sales scenario.

Entretien
3 managers in the interview, alot of behavior based questions. Process didn't take long at all. Great benefits. The system is asking that I leave 30 words. The interview process lated about an hour.
